๐Ÿšจ SPECIAL EDITION ๐Ÿšจ

Count down to 2025-01-28T01:00:00.000Zโ€‹

What's good Reader,

Welcome to the end of 2024, how did your year go? Any surprising wins? Big "L's"? And by "L" I mean learnings, not losses....Because in the immortal words of my dad and I's favorite meme, WE NEVAH LOSSSSSโ€‹

So what's changing for TriumFit in 2025?

First of all, I'm adding a "Gold" and a "Silver" division of the charity challenges to represent the "Full/Outdoor" version, and an "Modified/Indoor" version of each event

โ€‹
*First 25 participants to complete each of the FULL challenges will get a Gold TFC Challenge coin for FREE!

โ€‹

Also, I made a BADASS 2025 Challenge Event Calendar with Canva, find the full calendar by clicking this linkโ€‹

Here are a couple photos from it:

โ€‹

Had a couple sales come in during the month of December, so to add to the previous newsletter about financial transparency, the final gross revenue for TFC was about $600 in 2024. I appreciate the love!

I'm trying to sell 25 entry tickets for the MLK Jr. Challenge. Currently have 2 tickets sold, so I need yall to be brave, or forward this email/the challenge to a friend of yours. I added a viewable "leaderboard," to keep track of everyone's personal records for each challenge, so you can see your improvement year to year.

You will also be getting personalized "Certificates of Triumph," (black for Outdoor/Full and white for Indoor/Modified) upon completion.

Get your shot at the MLK event, or any others that excite you on the calendar above by clicking the link below, or get a FREE challenge event when you sign up for the bundle (also, the TFC 12-month training plan as a bonus, with the bundle).

I am a huge Sahil Bloom fan. So I am totally stealing his "Annual Planning Guide" framework to roadmap 2025

You can download it here if you want:

โ€‹The Annual Planning Guide Final.pdfโ€‹

โ€‹

โ€‹

Also, as a cool side quest win, I pre-ordered Sahil's new book "5 Types of Wealth" and shot my shot in an email (sent him my event calendar) and he got back to me with a video! Homeboy has 1 million+ Twitter followers and 750k on IG, imagine he follows through and does my Cesar Chavez Challenge and films it? TFC could BLOW up!

โ€‹

Anyway, more to the point...

The goal setting framework starts with 1-3 "Big Goals," 2-3 "Daily Systems," "Checkpoint Goals," and finally "Anti Goals." I will go through each of these for TriumFit below. He usually does these for both the Personal and Professional domain, but I will just do my Professional (business) goals in this newsletter.

โ€‹

Big Goal #1

Build the TriumFit Challenge community up to a point where at least 100 people have improved their fitness in 2025, through completing a gold or silver division charity challenge

โ€‹

Check Points for Goal #1

Have sold 25 entry tickets through the first 2 challenges

Have sold 50 entry tickets through the first 4 challenges

Have sold 100 entry tickets from the entire set of 7 challenges

โ€‹

Daily Systems for Check Point Goal #1

"Movements are built through unscalable actions."

That is honestly such a powerful quote, I am stealing that idea too. I need to interact 1-1 more with my community members. I plan to reach out and message 1 follower on Instagram, my Facebook friend list, or in my phone contacts every day to understand what their fitness goals are for 2025, and how I can help them on their path.

I plan on hosting 3-5 weekly "Zone 2 Talks" where I go for a 15-60 minute+ ruck and have people call me from the TFC FB Community to discuss their struggles, thoughts, advice, etc. I will attach a sign up list with my TidyCal calendar. It will become my walking meeting and connection to the audience.

Here is my calendar for it. Sign up in the New Year and let's catch up.

โ€‹

Anti Goal for Check Point Goal #1

I also want to focus heavily on improving my sleep hygiene next year (and controlling screen time within reason). So if the "Zone 2" meetings or stress of operating TriumFit is becoming counter-intuitive to getting 7-7.5 hours of sleep a night, then it is not sustainable. Bedtime ~10:15 pm, Waking up at 5:45 am. That gives me 7.5 hours to be the best version of myself the next day.

Big Goal #2

Build the "TriumFit Tues News" up to a point where I have 1,000 "True Fans" by the end of the year on my newsletter engaging with my content.

โ€‹

Check Points for Goal #2

Have 200 subscribers by March, 2025

Have 600 subscribers by August, 2025

Have 1,000 subscribers or "True Fans" by December 31st, 2025

โ€‹

Daily Systems for Check Point Goal #2

Directly ask via a messenger app like FB messenger, IG, Strava, etc (on average 7 people a week) if I can add them to my newsletter. Ideally they have an interest in the fitness space.

More targeted asks of the 7 charities I donate to if they have a way to promote my TriumFit Tues Newsletter, or have a "warm" list of individuals who are into philanthropy that I can add to my subscriber list.

โ€‹

Anti Goal for Check Point Goal #2

If I am neglecting my existing fan base by constantly trying to get more subscribers. Essentially, if I am not doing my Big Goal #1 and having conversations with my existing network, because I am prioritizing "grow" for growths sake.

The personally like his "ABC" and "2 Days" Approach to hitting the daily goals.

The "A" goal for the Daily system #1 will be one 15-minute phone call with one of the TFC community members

The "B" goal for the Daily system #1 will be one audio message for someone in my phone contacts about TFC and if they want to join the movement

The "C" goal for the daily system #1 will be to directly message one follower on IG or FB community page to check in with them

The "A" goal for the Daily system #2 will be a direct message to one of the 7 challenge charities if they have a list of people I can add to my newsletter

The "B" goal for the Daily system #2 will be one direct message to someone in the ConvertKit network if they can promote my newsletter to their subscribers

The "C" goal for the daily system #2 will be to directly message one follower on IG or FB community page asking if they are aware that I have a newsletter, and if they would subscribe or forward it to someone they know

My end of the year birthday wish (I turned 33 on December 28th), is that if you have followed my journey in 2024, please do me a favor and reply with just ONE sentence about what I can do better, what you like about TriumFit, why you haven't signed up yet for a challenge, a random thought, etc.

if you choose not to reply, then at least forward this to ONE person who is into fitness and pushing their limits, we all have that one crazy friend.

That targeted act of kindness would end my year on a high note.

Happy New Year, yall!

โ€‹

Referral Reward Tier 2: Refer TFC to 20 friends (and if one of them buys a future holiday charity event) I will send YOU a $20 Amazon e-gift card. Simply forward this to 20 people (or my newsletter profile page), and send me a screenshot. When I get their invoice the prize is yours!

โ€‹

p.s. If you registered for a TFC event, make sure you're on the official entry list for charity challenges below.

p.p.s. I love you. Reply to this email if you have any feedback for the team, how to solve "TFC Transparency" problems, thoughts on how to grow the community, or if you have a suggestion for a corporate competition.
