βTriumFit Transparencyβ where we talk progress and problems:
β
Tylerβs progress towards his 2025 TriumFit growth goals:
A) 17 of 100 challenge sign ups (no change since last newsletter)
B) 87 of 1,000 newsletter subscribers (up 3 since last newsletter)
C) 5 of 30 Champions League Founding Cohort signed up. Up 1 since last newsletter

To answer the SUBJECT LINE of this email. My answer is FIND A TEAM. Build accountability systems. NOT willpower, or the latest motivational video.
That is why I created the Champions League, because teams just work.
What is the Champions League anyway?
β
β
The Champions League is how we blow the Charity Challenges up. I can't do fitness alone anymore. Neither can you. We can't save the world by ourselves either. But what if our fitness could benefit the world as we reach our goals? Hear me out.
Everyone automatically becomes an affiliate when you join the Champions League, which can completely offset your membership dues if you invite your friends to participate in the Community Charity Challenges. You make $25 per sign up, so even if 2 people sign up, that would cover your "competitor" tier of the Champions League.
The idea is that this starts little TriumFit Clubs in other cities besides Tacoma, where I live.
The way the league works is you set an individual 90-day fitness goal, you get a team via a private Discord channel who are also pursuing their own goals and we help each other stay accountable. This way you ACTUALLY do the thing, succeed and stop the "lone wolf" mentality that is killing our hopes and dreams.
Feel free to jump on a call with me this week if you have any other questions.

Tyler's problems to overcome:
A) My newsletter click-rate went wayyy down in the previous 3 or so episodes. Maybe the newsletter is hitting people's spam folders more? It could also just be me, that is entirely the most likely scenario lol.
Usually it was around 50%, but then it has steadily gone down to 15%. There was a week I published the newsletter at like 10 pm, so maybe that explains the 11% day. Looks like the earlier in the morning, the better...I guess I gotta stick to that!
B) Finding a way to collaborate with the R.I.S.E. Center on the Juneteenth tribute challenge. I had a great time last month at their Walk to End Homelessness, so getting help promoting the TriumFit name would be great!

1) Justin- I just never get tired of seeing view of Mt. Baker and Rainier!
2) Jason- He did some type of Great Ferry Race?? Looks awesome and I hope no ferry's were harmed in the making.
3) Michaela- Found one of the most badass hotel gyms on the planet.
4) Mikee- Did a North Olympic 1/2 Marathon! I bet the views were insane on that
5) Anthony- Found the last remaining snow in the entire state of CA. Good work.
6) Natalia- the caption says it all: "literally what what what what so pretty and amazing."

"The People's Poll" TriumFit's random queries to the community:
This segment was inspired by a previous project of mine: "Tyler Talks to Strangers," where I would interview random people on the street. Fun times. But my curiosity is endless, so now I get to query YOU!
β
This weeks poll was...
Wow, people really staying loyal to their cities eh? I am shocked it was so lobsided.
Hating the thing you do 40+ hours a week is rough, but I guess you are CONSTANTLY in the city you live in, so were people going by sheer volume of time?
Now I am wondering HOW MUCH in DOLLAR VALUE would you have to lower the job you hate to still make up for the delta of how much you love that city. Would you take $20,000 less to live in a city you LITERALLY LOVE? What cities are these? Where are the streets paved with gold?
Probably Singapore, I need to go to Singapore...
