Champions League Updates:

The TriumFit Champions League is my paid fitness accountability group for individuals looking to GET AFTER their goals, but more importantly GIVE BACK at the same time. 10% of your membership dues go to GiveDirectly.org, so every goal is funding global change!

Roster (Competitor tier) = private Discord group

1) Chester is committing to 30 minutes of activity, 4x a week

2) Gary wants to do 10 pullups & 10 min. hang-board, or climb a 5.10 (gym or outside)

3) AJ wants to eat less calories, 1 hour Cardio & 50 push ups everyday

4) Lindsay wants to walk 7,500 steps every day this quarter

5) Marcus is committing himself to train jujitsu 4x a week, ruck and lift

6) Greg wants to go gymnast style and do a tuck planche for 1 minute, work up to more time and bring legs out

7) Kurt is into golf, he has not filled his sheet out yet. But I am assuming it is to make the PGA cut!

8) Becca's goal is to move her body for 20-30 minutes every day this quarter and gradually work her way back into the gym!

9) Me. My goal is to complete a Hyrox Men's Pro Division competition in under 70 minutes. My event is December 20th, 2025 in Vancouver Canada.

1) Chester has checked in 7 times of the 28 days toward his goal this quarter

2) Gary has checked in 18 times of the 28 days toward his goal this quarter

3) AJ has failed to check in (risking being kicked)

4) Lindsay has failed to check in (risking being kicked)

5) Marcus has failed to check in (risking being kicked)

6) Greg has failed to check in (risking being kicked)

7) Kurt has failed to check in (risking being kicked)

8) Becca has failed to check in (risking being kicked)

9) I have completed all my check ins...go figure right.


My goal is to complete a Hyrox Men's Pro Division competition in under 70 minutes. My event is December 20th, 2025 in Vancouver Canada.

The stakes for me are: if I succeed I will donate $250 to GiveDirectly.org

If I fail I will buy a pack of cigarettes and smoke one on camera...a first for me.

Charity Challenge Updates:

Last month (October):

October didn't have any Charity Challenge events. But it did have a Fitness Competition. One of the F3 guys (Piggyback) was able to complete the 1,000 meter bear crawl in under 35 minutes! He will get an invite into the Champions league for having the top male time. Hoorah solider, good job.

I was able to donate a little to the NICWA after the event. Small start, but a start nonetheless!


This month (November):

This month is the Veteran's day challenge: "TRENCH WARFARE"

Next month (December):

Another non-charity challenge month. But an Instagram Fitness Contest month, for more spots in the Champions League. It will be a SWIM in honor of Pearl Harbor Day, and the brave souls lost at sea.

"Bear Crawl Club" Updates

"TriumFit and Chill" is now "Bear Crawl Club." A bi-monthly group fitness challenge and social hang in Tacoma, WA. Read more about it below!

3,000 athletes.
3,000 miles.
$300,000 raised for charity.
One mile at a time.

Every October the goal will be to get every day athletes to sign up on a community Google Sheet and commit to Bear Crawling 1 mile in the month and raising $100 for GiveDirectly.org or F3Nation.com
​
It will be a completely VIRTUAL challenge, no location limitations.
​
One day it would be cool to actually pass a baton or something across the United States, but not yet.
​
We start on all fours β€” bear crawling across a divided country to prove something simple: We don’t need to agree on everything to move in the same direction.
​
Because strength isn’t found in shouting louder.
It’s found in those who bear their weight and keep moving forward.
​
