The TriumFit Community #3πŸ†

(September 2025)

Count down to 2025-11-18T05:15:00.000Z

Dear TriumFit Fam,

Referral Reward: Refer "The TriumFit Community" to just 3 friends & get one of my training plans for free ($20-$35 value). Just reply to this email with subject line: "Newsletter referrals" and list the emails of your 3 amigos, and I will add them manually! (Ideally you tell them how awesome it is first, of course...)

Now you have a proper training plan for the body you want to get your swagger back.

Champions League Updates:

The TriumFit Champions League is my paid fitness accountability group for individuals looking to GET AFTER their goals, but more importantly GIVE BACK at the same time. 10% of your membership dues go to GiveDirectly.org, so every goal is funding global change!

Roster (Competitor tier) = private Discord group. Recap of goals.

1) Chester is committing to 30 minutes of activity, 4x a week

2) Gary wants to do 10 pullups & 10 min. hang-board, or climb a 5.10 (gym or outside)

3) AJ wants to eat less calories, 1 hour Cardio & 50 push ups everyday

4) Lindsay wants to walk 7,500 steps every day this quarter

5) Marcus is committing himself to train jujitsu 4x a week, ruck and lift

6) Greg wants to go gymnast style and do a tuck planche for 1 minute, work up to more time and bring legs out

7) Kurt is into golf, he has not filled his sheet out yet. But I am assuming it is to make the PGA cut!

8) Becca's goal is to move her body for 20-30 minutes every day this quarter and gradually work her way back into the gym!

End of Quarter 3 Results:

1) Chester lost 9 lbs of his 25 lb goal! Now that is forward progress.

2) Gary sadly, has been on the injured reserve (the man is old okay, we can give him a pass). But he is committing to getting a 5.11 climb in "for as long as it takes," so that is the right attitude to have fersure. He also suffered a run in with some poison oak. So that is something I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy (trust me, it's happened twice to me before, yikes).

3) AJ was consistently in the 57% range for his daily tactic in many of the weekly check ins. He has been working on a new album and went on a cruise to Mexico. I had seen some of his workouts, but he never quite got to the 2 pullup goal like he wanted. He did put some stakes up for his Quarter 3 goal, and if he failed he committed to donating $5o to the R.I.S.E. Center in Tacoma, so we gotta see some receipts on that AJ!

4) Lindsay was able to cut 5 minutes off her Chamber's Bay loop time! I guess all that walking (7,500 steps/day) really made a difference. SOLID work Lindsay, love to see that.

5) Marcus is a funny dude. He said "I can see my abs. I haven't seen them in over 10 years." He also said he can see another body part, but I will let you imagine what that was. Marcus again, doing it big out here, I miss rolling with him in jujitsu.

6) Greg had some video evidence for me!

His goal was to perform a "planche" which if you don't know what that is, good, because its horribly hard. Never do it. Kidding. I think that's pretty damn SOLID there Greg! P.s. Greg is coming to the PNW in October, so I'm STOKED to see him and go on some hikes.

7) Kurt. Not gonna lie. Kurt went full MIA. I think he is golfing somewhere in CA last I checked. But he was supposed to do a 1/2 marathon by increasing his running 0.1 miles everyday until he got there. I will see where he is at with said goal, race was in November, if I am not mistaken.

8) Becca was also very honest with me "I've definitely fallen off as life/work hit real hard. I'd say I've been active about 3 days a week."

My goal in Q3 was to complete a 5k in under 19 minutes, and my daily action was to complete my daily sprint challenge, 1 track workout, 1 tempo run, and 1 long run a week! My baseline test was 20:05 on a track on July 1st.

The stakes for me were: if I succeed I will donate $250 to GiveDirectly.org

If I fail I will buy a pack of cigarettes and smoke one on camera...that should be motivating enough.

How did I do? 18:41, we did it! Check the tale of the tape HERE

Happy to donate $250 go a CHARITY THAT DOES. THE. ACTUAL. THING!

If you want to jump in on the action and start TRAINING FOR A HIGHER PURPOSE. Or because you feel selfish for spending 10+ hours in the gym a week, and want to GIVE BACK to the world around you at the same time, join the league.

Charity Challenge Updates:

Last month (September):

We successfully completed the "Remember, remember, the Stairs of September" event as a group at the Stadium High Stairs. Jon came out to film it, and it turned out GREAT!

-Lia got "Queen of the Course" for hardest working female

-Isiah got "King of the Course" for hardest working male, he did the Silver division challenge in around 20 minutes, that's insane!

Check the video recap HERE

This month (October):

Check it OUT

October has no federal holidays, so it is a β€œFitness Contest Month.” That means a chance for you to earn a spot in my β€œTriumFit Champions League” for fitness accountability coaching.

This one is straight forward. Complete the challenge and log your time. Top male and female times will win 3 months of coaching free.

What do you have to do?

BEAR CRAWL 1,000 meters in honor of the ~1,000 mile "Trail of Tears."

We do this to remember "Indigenous People’s Day" and support a good cause, which is the National Indian Child Welfare Association.

I will be posting the charity link on my Instagram starting October 13th if you want to donate. I do not receive money for this. Just trying to use my platform for good.

Next month (November):

Look forward to the "Trench Warfare/Chad Workout" for Veteran's Day in November. That is a Charity Challenge event, so you will need an entry ticket! Find more by clicking the button below.

The plan is also to do the challenge at Stadium High Stairs. At least for the Silver division challenge, the Chad workout.

This was me last year doing the Gold division challenge. Digging trenches in the forest alone, lol.
